Afterwards, a land was donated to the foundation for utilising as a residence for nuns and women who practice Dharma and for conducting any activities of the foundation. Such institutes were named as “ Thai Nuns Institute Branches ” which are domestically numbered in 26 branches.

Thai Nun Institute, Pak-Tor district branch, Rachaburi province , is the fifth branch among total 26 branches of Thai Nun Institute . Currently, the head of branch is Nun Pratin Kwan-orn who is also the President of Thai Nun Institute.

In the year 1976, Thai Nun Institute, Pak-Tor district branch, Rachaburi province was founded upon a donation of land from Mother Nuang Immsombat for 67 rai in extent and from Mother Durian Sanraviriya for 67 rai in extent for the purpose of establishment of Thai Nun Institute, Pak-Tor district branch with objectives as follows:

To be an accommodation for any women who became Buddhist nuns.
To be utilised as educational institute and place for practicing Dharma for any nuns and women in general.
To be established as a school for nuns and any women who lack of opportunity for being able to study both secular and Dharma subjects.

From a basin land which every single square metre exist as farm but not cultivable because of flood that incur damage annually and consequently abandoned by farmers, the establishment of Thai Nun Institute, Pak-Tor district branch was initiated by Nun Dr. Sumon Yooyod and Nun Pratin Kwan-orn as the mainstay of the team. What need to be done as priority is to level the land beyond normal water level, i.e. around 2-3 metres. Because of being clergywomen in the form of nuns, there was profound predicament in seeking for funding of levelling land, planting trees, building chapel, accommodation and school. Therefore, the development began by digging a canal encircling most of the area, elevating earth barrier, planting trees on barrier around the institute. Those trees had to be also given special care because such soil which constituted earth barrier was poor and had to be adjusted for suitability in planting trees. It was told by Nun Pratin Kwan-orn that the nun's life at that time was hard. Nuns had to cultivate morning glory, which is quite rare, around farms for food. There were afterwards some folks who put both fresh and dry food offering to nuns as their sustenance. Many permanent constructed objects mostly resulted from folks who had faith and respect in nuns' discipline by donating their property which began from an establishment of offering fund for 10 baht each.

In 1982, the outcome of pioneering and hardworking of Nun Dr. Sumon Yooyod in founding Thai Nun Institute, Pak-Tor branch , caused her to fall ill seriously and unable to keep up her work and died thereafter. Nun Pratin Kwan-orn afterwards succeeded her as branch director and continued the development from then until present.

After the chapel and accommodation were completely constructed, in 1990, monks, nuns and a group of laity jointly held a meeting and discussed about young girls who lack of opportunity in Thai society and still not have their life quality developed. Young boys, in comparison with girls, still have temple and monk school for supporting their education which include both secular and Dharma subjects that are knowledge which guide the spirit to live their lives in proper way. Nevertheless, girls who lack of opportunity even have no such religious place to support their education as same as boys. The nuns therefore have held a meeting to find an approach of educational management which can confer the optimum benefit to girls. Thus, Dharmajarinee Educational Institute Project has been developed since 1990.
